What is Your Return Policy?
The human body is a beautiful thing, and we’re all different. Merchandise that works wonderfully for others may not always turn out to be the best fit for you. We’re dedicated to helping everyone find their healthy place, and that means accepting returns!
Here are our return policies:
- Unopened Merchandise. All unopened merchandise will receive a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unopened merchandise will receive in-store credit, up until 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, returns will not be accepted.
- Opened Merchandise. All opened merchandise will receive in-store credit within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, all opened merchandise is non-refundable.
- Damaged/Defective/Broken Merchandise. All damaged, defective or broken merchandise may be returned to the store within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 120 days of purchase for store credit.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
No. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Apple Wellness. Because of this, we have a 30 day guarantee for everything in our store. All items may be eligible for return, as outlined above.
When will I see my refund back into my account?
From the time of the return request (or receipt of your returned shipment), it will typically take between 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account, but this is dependent on your individual account, be it a bank account or a credit card.
How will you provide in-store credit?
We provide in-store credit through gift cards or by adding a credit to your account file that is part of our point-of-sale system.
I want to make a return, but I can’t stop in any of your store locations. Can I ship it?
Absolutely! You can ship your returns to any of our store locations at no cost to you. Please let us know that you would like to return a product, and we will email you a shipping label to print and place on your package.
Please remember to carefully wrap the product in protective wrapping to keep it from being damaged in transit (especially if it was unopened). Please include a copy of your receipt in your package with a note specifying your name and why you are returning your shipment! Remember, we cannot give you a refund or store credit if we have no idea who you are!

I made my purchase online. Can I return my merchandise in-store?
Definitely. Stop by any of our store locations to return your merchandise.
Gift cards may not be returned, and money will not be refunded for a gift card.
