What is the cost of shipping?

Free! In order to keep our products affordable for even our long-distance customers, we are happy to offer free shipping to better help you find your healthy place!

Who handles our shipments?

We work through a company called XPS, who primarily uses UPS for shipments. You may, however, occasionally receive a shipment through USPS or FedEx as well. XPS finds the carrier with the most affordable shipping costs, which is part of what allows us to keep our shipping charges at a solid $0.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your shipment is damaged in transit, contact our team at [email protected] for a refund, new shipment, or credit.

I’m unhappy with my purchase. Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes, we do. We stand behind all of our products, all the time. We know that everyone’s different. What works for most people may not be the best fit for you. And what works for you, may not work for someone else. This is part of the complex beauty of our bodies!

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states and Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

I have special shipping requests. Who should I contact?

If you’ve got special shipping needs, reach out to us directly at [email protected] for assistance. Please allow 24 hours for a response during the week and 48 hours on the weekends. We like to spend time with our families, just like everyone else, so we’re closed on Sundays to catch up on snuggles, adventures, and, of course, household chores.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do! If you’d like to expedite your shipment, please contact our team directly at [email protected]. You will need to cover the expedited shipment fees.

What about backordered items?

We are generally able ship all in-stock merchandise within 48 hours of the order being placed. Backordered items will ship separately and as soon as we receive them in the store. If you have questions, contact our team at [email protected]
